Child Welfare Services
Community Approach to Resource Empowerment (CARE)
Working with families in Tarrant County to prevent child abuse and strengthen the family unit. Services include case management, wrap-around community support, parent education, transportation, child care and family support groups.

In-Home Services
Case managers intervene in families where child abuse is present, assess family functioning and develop treatment service plans which include individual and family counseling, parenting classes, intensive case management, support groups and anger management.

The Lady Hogan Project
Working with men, women, families, youth and children infected with and/or affected by HIV/AIDS to lead productive, independent lives, to remain together as family units, and to receive education and services that help them access resources to enhance their health and lives.

Disproportionality Program
Addressing issues of racial disproportionality in the foster care system and working with African American parents and kinship guardians that are referred by Child Protective Services with the purpose of maintaining permanent kinship placement.
